Strengths and trade-offs
What stands out
- The plan structure combines LLC formation with optional business-building tools.
- Elite lists branding and website features for founders who need those as well as a filing.
- The pricing page identifies agent and EIN add-ons separately.
Costs and limits to check
- Essential and Elite are advertised as annual plans, rather than one-time formation fees.
- Registered agent service and EIN filing add to the displayed package price.
- The included bookkeeping trial becomes $39/month after 30 days unless cancelled.
Compare the plan and each subscription separately
The pricing page lists registered agent service at $199 a year and EIN filing at $99. It also says the bookkeeping and invoicing trial becomes $39 a month after 30 days. Add these charges to the selected plan when comparing your total.
If you already have a website, logo or bookkeeping system, check whether the paid plan duplicates them. List the features you will keep, their billing cycles and the first renewal date before comparing the total with another provider.

Check the filing scope before you order
The pricing page advertises 14-business-day provider processing for Lite and one-business-day processing for the paid plans. That is not a promise of state approval in the same period.
The service terms say Tailor Brands does not currently handle professional LLCs and that newspaper publication is outside its formation service. If your business needs either, arrange that work separately before buying the package.

Review automatic billing and refund limits
The terms enable automatic renewal for subscriptions by default and allow a charge up to 30 days before a renewal period starts. Use the billing date shown in your account when deciding when to cancel; do not rely only on the end of the service year.
The general rule makes fees non-refundable unless an exception applies. Where a refund is issued, the terms describe a $29 service fee, with possible waivers. Cancellation is available through account settings or by contacting support. Read any additional terms for the particular service you buy.

How we prepared this review
We compared Tailor Brands's published offer, recurring charges and service terms. We did not place an order, test support response times or independently measure filing speed. Missing prices and conflicting statements are identified above.
We recommend services for specific needs within the providers reviewed. Each review discloses any confirmed affiliate relationship. We do not assign star ratings or claim to have measured the whole market. Read our comparison method.
