Budget for the second year
Bizee publishes a $149 annual price for its standalone registered agent service. Its formation offer includes the first year. Before ordering, save the renewal price shown for your package and the date it will be charged.
The virtual mail trial is a separate service. Keep it only if you need it, and check its ongoing price and cancellation process in your order. An address service does not replace the registered agent's role.

Check what expedited filing speeds up
Premium advertises expedited filing. Provider processing and state approval are different stages: paying for faster handling does not guarantee that a state will approve your company on a particular day.
Before paying for expedited filing, check your state’s processing time and ask which stage the upgrade speeds up.
Cancel before the filing moves forward
Bizee's cancellation policy generally allows a refund before it forwards payment to a government office or third party, less expenses already incurred. Its policy says this forwarding can happen within about 24 hours.
For an eligible order still in Review status, use the make-changes option in the confirmation email to put the order on hold. The policy does not accept formation-order cancellation instructions by phone or email. Save the confirmation of any change.
