When comparing providers, put the initial formation payment and the next year's recurring services on separate lines. A $0 service fee is only one part of that comparison.

Understand the cancellation steps
For an active company, the terms require a replacement registered agent and satisfactory written proof before the next renewal. Cancelling payment alone does not complete that process.
The terms give a phone and email route for subscription cancellation, but do not offer retroactive cancellation or a prorated refund of a previous subscription payment. They separately describe a 60-day refund window for an initial online service purchase, less state and third-party charges. Check which provision applies to your order.
