Scope and publisher information
This policy describes data handling on llcresources.com, published under the LLC Resources brand. The legal operator name, jurisdiction and public privacy-contact address are pending and will be added to the contact page. This page does not claim that those missing details have been finalized.
Information used to deliver the site
You can read the guides without an account. The website has no checkout, newsletter signup, contact form or document-upload service. We do not ask you to submit company records or tax IDs.
Cloudflare delivers and protects the site. Technical requests can include an IP address, browser information, the requested page and security-related information. Cloudflare’s hosting and security processing is separate from the reading tools on this site. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for its practices.
Web Analytics
Cloudflare Web Analytics is the analytics service selected for this website. When enabled, it measures page visits and performance. Cloudflare states that its Web Analytics beacon does not use cookies, localStorage, sessionStorage or IndexedDB. This describes that analytics beacon, not every hosting or security feature.

Checklist progress stored on your device
The checklist stores checked tasks in your browser. That progress is not sent to an LLC Resources account or used to submit a filing. It remains until you reset the tool or clear the site’s browser storage. If storage is unavailable, progress lasts only for the current visit.
The site search filters the resource list in your browser. We do not send the search text to a separate search provider. See the cookie and storage policy for browser controls.
Affiliate links and other websites
Some recommendations involve affiliate relationships. Following a referral link can send referral information to the provider or its network, which may use its own tracking technology. Their privacy practices apply on their websites. Read our affiliate disclosure for the commercial context.
The current website code does not include advertising pixels or retargeting scripts. Links to providers do not authorize us to access their customer accounts.
Retention and privacy requests
We do not operate a database of visitor accounts or checklist entries. Browser progress can be removed locally. Technical information processed by Cloudflare follows its service terms and the hosting/security settings in use; we do not publish an invented retention period for those systems.
Applicable privacy rights depend on the law and the publisher’s circumstances. The publisher identity and a direct channel for privacy requests are still outstanding. We will update this policy and the contact page when they are provided. Do not send sensitive information to an address that has not been published by this site.
Changes
We will update this policy when data practices change, including the introduction of forms, accounts, advertising technology or a different analytics service. The date on this page records the latest policy-text update.
