Form a Kansas LLC by filing Articles of Organization. After formation, file an Information Report every two years. Companies formed in even-numbered years report in even years; those formed in odd-numbered years report in odd years.

This guide covers forming a new Kansas LLC. If your LLC already exists in another state or country, use the foreign-registration process instead.
